Magdalena Pre-Quince Session (St Mary of the Visitation)
I photographed Magdalena’s Pre-Quince photo session in the St Mary of the Visitation church, and the images are absolutely breathtaking! Here’s the first image that I took, and it’s so beautiful!
Look at how beautiful her dress is! Stunning!
I had a vision of photographing her in the middle of the aisle of the church. And I definitely brought my vision to life! They turned out exactly how I expected them to, and she was so confident!
This is my favorite image from the whole session. Everything about this image is so perfect! The framing, the intentional lighting, the composition, and her confidence and expression made it that much better! This is beautiful!
Probably my favorite Quinceañera photo of all time!
Here’s the behind of scenes of the lighting that was used, the lighting position, and how everything looks when the shot is taken!
This image was taken using a Canon EOS R5 + RF 50mm 1.2 L USM lens. The lighting used was the Flashpoint XPLOR 300 PRO w/ the 36” Glow Parasnap + eVOLV 200 with the 18” Octa. You can also get this result with only LEDs or Speed Lights if you know what you’re doing!
Here’s the actual shots from the behind the scenes! Her dress is so beautiful!
I rarely ever use my RF 16mm 2.8 STM lens during sessions, but this was the perfect opportunity and I was not disappointed! The results are amazing!
I really love this little hallway in this St Mary of the Visitation church. It’s so beautiful if you frame is perfectly. The lighting, the leading lines, so beautiful!
