Pam Rosales - Class of 2026
Pam told me that she loves flowers and nature, and I had the perfect location for her. Pioneer Ridge Nature Area in Bloomfield, near Ottumwa, IA! She first wanted to take photos with her dog, Miles, so of course, I want to bring her vision to life!
Pam loves flowers, so of course, we had to capture some images of her in the flowers! These are 2 of my favorite images from the whole session!
The thing I love about the Pioneer Ridge Nature Area, is that there’s so many options as far as the background. So many beautiful locations within one location, all walking distance away! This was right next to the Pioneer Ridge Nature Center! Pam did such a great job at posing. As an experience photographer, I know how to pose the model, but she would definitely make it easy for anyone!
Framing the subject is very important in creating a captivating photograph. You can clearly see how I used the wooden bench to beautifully frame her, adding depth and interest to the shot. The compositions turned out so stunning and artistic! Additionally, we captured some lovely images of her lying in the grass, surrounded by all the natural elements and water in the background, which added a serene and peaceful atmosphere to the photos.
Her whole family came to the session, which was awesome because everyone was apart of her senior session. It’s definitely moments to remember!
Pam loves to read! You can see her relaxing, reading a book with her dog, Miles. We also got a few images of her by the trees, using the leaves to frame her! And of course, her cousins and her sister wanted to take a photo with her!
There’s so many flowers out at Pioneer Ridge, but I really love this walkway. Beautiful!
This session was pretty much over, but when we were heading to the car, I saw something that I liked. When we first started, the clouds wasn’t really showing because the session was at 12 noon, but I really liked how the sky and clouds was looking, so I took a few more shots!
