Sam’s Amusements Carnival - Ottumwa, IA

I’ve always wanted to do a photoshoot at a carnival when the lights are glowing! And I finally did! I hit up a friend, Shounam, and we finally made it happen! So I took these amazing images of Shounam and his fiancé, Helaina! These turned out exactly how I envisioned, of course with intentional lighting! Look at how beautiful these images are! I always start out with just a casual shot, to make sure I like everything! The lights are simply beautiful!

Now we are officially shooting! I carefully posed them and provided clear direction on what to do, and they absolutely slayed every single pose with confidence and grace. Just look how incredibly cute they are! The chemistry between these two is truly amazing and shines through in every shot. These are definitely some of my favorite images I’ve ever taken! Notice the vibrant colors, the perfect separation from the background, the thoughtful composition—everything about these images is simply flawless!

Now we have Shounam all by himself! This guy could definitely be a professional model! He has got the complete look down perfectly. His swag is incredibly smooth and effortlessly cool. Truly love these stunning images!

I also had my sister, Cierra come with us! And you already know what it is with her! She does amazing on every single photoshoot! This one is no different! She’s a star!
